The ThunderDome

Ya know Mad Max? Well, this entire crew does. Everything is based on the post-apocalyptic world of Mad Max.

They call themselves the Deathguild. I call them geeks with too much time on their hands... I wish I was one of them.

Looks like the Beverly Hillbillies are having a family reunion.

The Deathguild plans to conquer the world - unfortunately their plan backfired.

These guys very nearly killed me. They cut off that forklift in back and nearly took out my feet.

And the playa falls into darkness...

Brothers Asher drinkin some Captain on the Thunderdome.

I can't explain the rush as dozens of people begin to gather and climb on and around the Thunderdome - like bees on the hive.

As the festivities begin, a firedancer entertains and a very weak singer tries desperately to serenade the crowd with a rendition of the Diva's song from 5th Element. It didn't quite work, but the spirit was there.

Let the battle begin!!!!!

They strapped you into the bungies, gave you the foam bats (I was hoping for spiked maces), pulled you back and set you loose upon your opponent. ...Awesome.
